About Pacific86: Asian Pantry Sourcing, Closer to the Source
Pacific86 is the sister company of Source86, run by the Source86 team and focused on the Asian pantry. We source, customize and import it for retailers and foodservice operators across the United States.
The brands we supply can be found nationwide at:

The Founder
Eran Mizrahi grew up watching his father build an import business on integrity and customer service. He took a break from college to attend culinary school, and food became the work he wanted to do.
He started at Deloitte, earned his MBA at Columbia and joined Plated early, building the planning and sourcing programs behind its sale to Albertsons. As COO of Nuts.com, he quadrupled the company's capacity to support its growth in 2020.
He co-founded Source86 to fill the gap he saw from the buyer's chair. Pacific86 is the same idea for one aisle: the Asian pantry, sourced and specified by people who have bought it themselves.
Our Background
Pacific86 is the sister company of Source86.
Source86 has spent more than a decade building private-label sourcing and import programs across a wide range of food categories.
Pacific86 was built from that experience by the same people. It takes the supplier network, the vendor audits and the import know-how, and points all of it at the Asian pantry.

The Pacific86 Team
The people behind your product, from sourcing and food safety to sales.
Our Mission
To make it easier for retailers and foodservice operators to build dependable Asian pantry programs without piecing together manufacturers, brokers and import partners.
We bring the sourcing relationships, category knowledge and import experience together under one roof, and we develop each program around the customer’s product requirements, brand, volume and timeline.
Why Pacific86
Demand for Asian pantry products has moved quickly. Sourcing has not always kept pace.
Many importers carry them as one small part of a broad catalog. The Asian pantry is our entire focus, so we build deeper relationships with its manufacturers and know its formats and production regions.
That matters most when you need more than a catalog item. Most of our work starts with a specific request.
We work directly with manufacturers in the Asian regions that hold the expertise behind our noodles, sauces, oils, coconut and seaweed. Their export networks support the consistency and dependable supply your program needs.

The Values Behind Our Work
- Integrity
- We tell customers and manufacturing partners where things stand, including when a specification, a price or a timeline will not work. We address problems directly instead of letting them surface later.
- Ownership
- The person closest to a problem takes responsibility for moving it toward a solution.
- A long-term perspective
- We make decisions based on what will hold up over time rather than what closes fastest. That applies to the customers we serve, the manufacturers we work with and the people we bring onto our team.
- Respect for people
- We treat our employees, customers and manufacturing partners with honesty and respect. Lasting business relationships are built by people who trust one another.

The Process Behind Every Product
Source
We work with manufacturers we know, with no broker or trading company in between. Our team works alongside them in the production regions, so answers come faster.
Customize
Most of what we supply is developed around your requirements. That can mean the ingredients, formulation, format, packaging or other specifications.
Import
Once the product is ready, we arrange freight and clearance into the United States and hold stock here.
Who We Work With
Retail and Private Label
Pacific86 works with retail buyers building or expanding private-label Asian pantry programs. We take products from the initial idea and specification through formulation, packaging, production and import.
Emerging Brands
Brands building their first lines, where the founder still does the sourcing. We select the manufacturer and write the specification with you.
Foodservice and Menu Development
We also work with foodservice operators that need dependable products at scale. When a product becomes part of a menu, consistency is essential: the same specification has to arrive the same way from one order to the next.
We focus on private-label and white-label programs built for the customer’s brand, shelf or menu.
Get in Touch
