Private Label for the Asian Pantry

Private label noodles, sauces, oils, coconut and seaweed for US retailers and food brands. You set the recipe, the pack and the label. We match it to a factory that already runs the product, check every lot against your specification, and hold it in US inventory.

The brands we supply can be found nationwide at:

  • Whole Foods Market
  • Costco
  • Sprouts Farmers Market
  • Target
  • Trader Joe's
  • Walmart

Source, Customize, Import

  1. Source

We start with manufacturers we know, close to production. No broker or trading company sits between you and the manufacturing floor.

  2. Customize

You set the recipe, the format and the pack. We match it to a factory that already runs it and hold it to your written spec.

  3. Import

We arrange the freight and the customs clearance and handle the import, and we hold stock in the US, so you get a delivery date.

About Pacific86 and the team

From Brief to First Shipment

  1. Stage 1: Brief

    You
The product, volume, pack and timing, and any product you want matched.
    We
    We confirm it fits.
  2. Stage 2: Feasibility and Quote

    We
We check we can make it, flag any ingredient or regulatory constraint and send an indicative quote.
    You
    You approve the direction.
  3. Stage 3: Samples

    We
We develop or match the formula and send samples.
    You
    You sign off the sample.
  4. Stage 4: Specification

    We
We write the approved formula into a specification: ingredients, analysis, tolerances, shelf life, allergens, nutrition and storage.
    You
    You sign the specification.
  5. Stage 5: Packaging and Label

    We
We adapt the artwork, build the nutrition panel and allergen statement, and set the codes.
    You
    You approve print-ready artwork.
  6. Stage 6: First Run

    We
We run a pre-production batch against the signed specification, in real production conditions.
    You
    You approve the pre-production unit.
  7. Stage 7: Production and Shipment

    We
Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis against your specification. We arrange freight and clearance and hold stock in the US.
  8. Stage 8: Reorder

    You
You reorder against the same signed specification.

Retailers, Emerging Brands and Foodservice

Most of what we ship goes to one of three places. Find yours and the conversation starts in the right place.

  • Retail and Private Label

Grocery chains and distributors with a category management function. You see the specification, the COA and the factory audit status before the program is signed, not after.

  • Emerging Brands

Founder-led companies where sourcing still sits on your desk. We do the manufacturer selection and the specification work you do not have a team for yet.

  • Foodservice and Menu Development

Multi-unit groups with culinary R&D. Noodles by format and cut, and sauces in foodservice pack sizes rather than retail units.

We are not the right supplier for consumers, home cooks, single-location restaurants or companies outside Asian food. If that is you, we will tell you on the first call rather than the third.

Questions Buyers Ask

+Which products can you private label?

Noodles, sauces and pastes, oils and vinegars, coconut and seaweed.

+Can you match a product we already sell?

Yes. Send us the current product and the pack, and we match it to a factory that already makes something close, then adjust to your spec over sample rounds.

+Where are the products made?

With partner facilities in Asia. We do not manufacture: everything is imported, and we have people on the ground in the key manufacturing regions. We do not own factories. Your product is made on the line of a manufacturer that already makes it well, and we own the specification, the QA and the import. The same product is sourced across more than one country, so a tariff swing or a factory disruption in one origin does not stop your program.

+Is this contract manufacturing or co-packing?

Close, with one difference: we do not run the line. We do not own factories. Your product is made on the line of a manufacturer that already makes it well, to your specification and under your brand. We own the specification, the QA and the import.

+What do you need from us to quote?

The product, the pack and roughly the volume. The specification is what turns a request into a quote.

+Does every lot come with a certificate of analysis?

Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis against the spec you signed.
