Bulk Coconut Cream for Wholesale & Commercial Supply
Coconut cream is coconut milk with less water taken out of it. The grades run 24 percent and 30 percent fat, with organic available on request, and "pure" on a line here means the record lists coconut and nothing else.
A cream without a stabilizer separates into a fat layer and a water layer. One record says it plainly: separation is expected over time and mixing reverses it. That is not a defect; a Thai cook frying paste in the cream until the oil breaks wants exactly that, and a beverage line does not. Say which you are and we quote the grade that fits.

Questions Buyers Ask
+Can coconut cream sit in a cold warehouse?
Keep it warmer than 18°C where you can. The published line states that colder storage may lead to phase formation. Unopened, it belongs somewhere clean and dry at ambient temperature, around 25°C. Once a pack is open, refrigerate it and use it within 3 days.
+Which packs can I order coconut cream in?
Tetra Pak, from a 65 ml TCA to a 1 L TBA, for retail. Intasept aseptic bags of 20 L, 200 L and 240 L for a plant. The cream is UHT processed and keeps 18 months sealed at ambient temperature, whichever pack you choose.
+What is on the ingredient line?
Coconut cream 85 percent and filtered water 15 percent, on the 24 percent grade we publish. No stabilizer is listed, so expect it to split over time. If you need coconut with no added water, ask for it and we check which lines list coconut alone.
+What are the nutrition figures on the 24 percent line?
In 100 g: 243 kcal, 24 g fat with 22.3 g saturated, 4.1 g carbohydrate with 1 g sugars, 2.7 g protein and 24 mg sodium. Fat is held at 24 percent, plus or minus 1, which is the figure to cost a formula on.
+Do you have a heavier grade for manufacturing?
Two. A 30 percent cream that still pours, and a 65 percent concentrate that does not. The concentrate is a semi-solid paste, also sold as creamed coconut and coconut butter. Plants that dilute on site buy it, and so do confectionery and filling lines. Organic is available on request at 24 and 30 percent.
