Bulk Sesame Oil for Wholesale & Commercial Supply
We offer bulk sesame oil for wholesale, food manufacturing, foodservice and private-label programs in pure and blended formulations. The published grade is a toasted, 100% sesame oil with a reddish-yellow appearance, free fatty acid at 3.0% maximum and peroxide value at 4.0 meq O2/kg maximum.
Buyers can also source blended sesame oil, including a 50/50 sesame and soybean oil formulation, as well as untoasted grades. These options allow the oil to match the intended flavor profile, formulation and cost target more closely.
Pack formats range from 100 to 500 ml glass bottles to 20 kg and 190 kg drums under nitrogen, supporting both branded retail programs and larger commercial use.

Commercial Applications
Toasted sesame oil is primarily used where a concentrated roasted sesame aroma and nutty flavor need to carry through the finished product.
- Finishing oils: Applied near the end of cooking or formulation to preserve roasted sesame aroma in stir-fries, soups, noodle dishes and prepared foods.
- Dressing systems: Used in sesame dressings and vinaigrettes where the oil contributes both flavor and fat to the finished emulsion.
- Marinade systems: Incorporated into meat, poultry, seafood, vegetable and plant-based marinades to add roasted sesame character.
- Dips and table sauces: Used in dipping sauces and condiment systems that depend on a pronounced sesame note.
- Flavor blends: Can be combined with other oils and seasonings when formulators need sesame flavor without making sesame oil the sole fat source.

Questions Buyers Ask
+Is it toasted, and can you call it cold pressed?
The published line is toasted: the seed is roasted before pressing, and the sheet records a reddish yellow oil, liquid at room temperature. Roasting rules out a cold-pressed claim. Untoasted is a cooking oil and a much smaller line, so name it when you ask.
+What are the free fatty acid and peroxide figures?
Free fatty acid at 3.0 percent maximum, as oleic acid, and peroxide value at 4.0 meq O2/kg maximum, on the toasted line. Both are limits, not one lot's result. Compare them across quotes before you compare price.
+What storage does sesame oil need?
Cool and dry, under 30°C, out of sunlight, with the inert atmosphere kept. Shake it before use. Shelf life is 24 months at most from production, and it holds only while those conditions do.
+What goes on the ingredient and allergen lines?
Sesame oil, toasted (Sesamum indicum), and nothing else. The allergen line reads sesame. Sesame has been a US major allergen since 1 January 2023, so it is declared on every line we supply, and your label carries it too.
+What sizes does it come in?
Drums of 20 kg and 190 kg, packed under nitrogen, for a plant or a kitchen that goes through volume. Glass bottles of 100, 250 and 500 ml for retail. Under private label, the glass is filled and labelled for your brand, and you set pure or blend, toasted or untoasted.
