Bulk Sushi Nori Sheets for Wholesale & Commercial Supply

Roasted sushi nori is available in full- and half-cut sheets for foodservice, wholesale and private-label programs. The documented sheet measures 19 by 21 cm, with moisture capped at 10% to help maintain the crisp, dry texture expected from a properly handled nori sheet.

The standard pack contains 10 sheets per bag and 360 bags per carton. Buyers can specify full or half cuts, while unroasted nori and dried laver are also available for operations that handle roasting or seasoning themselves.

Grade can be defined through physical attributes such as sheet weight rather than relying on an arbitrary grade name. The published line carries a minimum 12-month shelf life under optimum storage conditions.

Product Customization Options

The following customization options allow you to adapt the product to different commercial requirements and end uses.

  • Cut: Choose full- or half-cut sheets from the standard 19 by 21 cm format.
  • Roast: Available roasted as published or unroasted for operations that roast or season in-house.
  • Count: The published pack contains 10 sheets per bag and 360 bags per carton.
  • Grade: Define grade using physical attributes such as sheet weight rather than relying only on a grade name.

Private Label

Choose full- or half-cut sheets, roasted or unroasted processing, and a grade defined by physical attributes such as sheet weight. The finished nori is packed under your label, with bag count and carton configuration matched to the agreed product program, and each lot is checked against the agreed specification.

Commercial Applications

Sushi nori is most useful where the sheet itself serves a structural or presentation role, rather than simply acting as a seaweed flavor ingredient.

  • Sushi rolls: Full sheets are used as the outer or inner wrap for maki-style rolls and other rolled sushi formats.
  • Hand rolls: Half-cut or purpose-cut sheets work well for temaki and other cone-style hand rolls that need enough strength to hold rice and fillings.
  • Onigiri and rice wraps: Nori sheets can wrap rice portions and filled rice products, including onigiri-style formats and packaged rice snacks.
  • Prepared meal components: Sheets can be portioned separately within sushi kits, rice kits and other prepared meal programs so the nori stays dry until assembly.
  • Wrap and snack formats: Roasted sheets can also be used for non-sushi wraps or cut into smaller formats for seasoned seaweed snack products.
