Bulk Hoisin and Stir-Fry Sauces for Wholesale & Commercial Supply

These are the finished sauces. They are bought as a range: several sauces, one lead time, one file.

Each publishes its sweetener, its thickener and its color, because those three lines decide whether a private label standard accepts it.

Shelf life runs 13 to 24 months by line. Tell us the pack and the volume.

Questions Buyers Ask

+Is the hoisin gluten-free?

No. Wheat appears twice in the published hoisin, in the soybean paste and in the soy sauce, and wheat, soy and sesame are the declared allergens.

+Does the hoisin contain MSG?

Yes. Monosodium glutamate (E621) comes in through the soybean paste, and disodium ribonucleotides (E635) is listed as a second flavor enhancer. If your clean-label standard rules out either one, say so before we quote.

+What keeps it shelf-stable?

Acid, as on most hoisin. The pH runs 3.7 to 4.0, with total soluble solids at 45 to 50 Brix and salt at 5.5 to 6.5 percent as NaCl. Sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and acetic acid are all listed. Changing any one of salt, pH or preservative can change the filed process.

+Which caramel color does it use?

Caramel, E150 and E150d, on the published line. Under private label you decide on caramel color before anything reaches your pack. It sits with the sweetener, sugar and fructose, and the thickener, corn starch (E1422), as the three lines a private label standard reads first.

+What packs and shelf life can I get?

PET at 200, 250, 435 and 740 ml keeps 18 months from production. Glass at 200, 300, 700 and 730 ml keeps 24. Both store at room temperature. Under private label, portion packs go out under your label too, alongside PET and glass.
